We are recruiting for an administration assistant who will be responsible for the efficient operation of our clients office.

This role will involve:

Providing effective support to the Office Manager

Answering telephones

Basic data input into Excel

General Filing Duties

Producing paperwork for the template and installation team on a daily basis

Producing paperwork for the factory

Ordering stock when required

Any additional ad hoc duties.

FULL CLEAN UK DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED
