We are looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to work in the Redditch area.

Start ASAP, around 3 month temp contract.

Requirements:

  • Repairs Service administration: taking housing repairs from customers by telephone and email.
  • Liaising with in-house tradesmen & external contractors.
  • Small amount of admin.
  • Basic experience in repairs/construction environment.
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • In-house web-based appointment system (training given).
  • Small, friendly team.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task.
