We provide care workers for care homes and care agencies throughout Worcestershire, and work alongside Worcester City Council in recruiting experienced care assistance.

Caring is a rewarding industry, and requires great empathy, compassion, and understanding. Our candidates will need to be able to communicate on a personal level, and be confident in assisting with personal care, administration of medications, help with feeding and dressing patients when needed. They must also be aware that caring requires so much more than the practicalities – it requires them to be able to provide comfort in times of distress, someone to share memories with, and a friendly face to confide in.

Due to the nature of the task, where our candidates could be working with the elderly in a care home setting, vulnerable young people, or people with severe physical or mental disabilities, It is paramount that they have the experience and qualifications needed to give the required care.

All candidates are required to have NVQ’s or similar in care, and lifting and handling certification. We ask for a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and references from previous employers. A CRB check will also be undertaken.

Please contact our team to find out about current vacancies in the care sector, and to hear about temporary and ongoing roles.
