The Early Help Family Support Service is part of the Education and Early Help Directorate and is looking to appoint an administrative assistant to work with the Service to meet the needs of families in the community who require Early Help. The successful candidate must be highly motivated administrator experienced in working within an office environment to join a busy team providing administration support to our Early Help Support Services. The role of administrative support within the team is to offer general support in tasks such as, completing letters, answering and directing phones calls and emails, booking meetings, minute recording and receiving/logging team referral requests. The case management system we use is called Liquid Logic and you will support the team by completing some key tasks in this system by uploading documents and generating reports/data information. The successful applicants will require good organisational and time management skills and be able to use a range of software packages including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. You will need to have the ability to recognise, acknowledge and have regard to confidential and sensitive matters A polite, efficient manner particularly when working under pressure where interruption may be commonplace is essential.

This is a temporary role for 6 months

Hourly Rate is £11.18

Working hours Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
