• Based in Worcester
  • Hours 35 per week (09.00-17.00)
  • Pay £10.01 per hour

Duties include:

  • To work as part of a multi-functional integrated team, to provide an efficient and effective “one stop service” for the customer and act as an intermediary between the customer and service areas.
  • To receive enquires by telephone, internet and email.
  • To identify improvements to the provision of services to the public.
  • To provide information, advice and services to customers on behalf of the client.
  • To take responsibility for resolving queries or completing action arising from customer enquiries and to act as an advocate, to progress and chase on behalf of the customer.
  • To refer customers, wherever appropriate, to professional specialist staff.
  • To complete forms on behalf of customers.
  • To provide information to back office/ service area staff regarding customer needs, and identifying service improvements.
  • To record and maintain an electronic record of customer details and their individual service requests.
  • To type, tabulate and layout such reports, contracts, memoranda, letters and other correspondence as may be required, laying out the documentation required in accordance with any organisational house style and/or accepted typing conventions.
  • To efficiently and effectively use information technology including EXOR applications, MS Office applications, call centre technology and the Internet.
