Are you an experienced Customer Service Coordinator looking for the
opportunity to become part of a vibrant and dynamic team?

Job purpose:

To be the conduit to connect customers needs to engineers with solutions and to
provide a professional, fast and effective experience within our Customer Service
team.
This role best suits an upbeat and collaborative individual who is motivated by
challenge. It is important that the applicant has a preference of working in busy
environments.

Key duties:

  • Meet the service delivery targets set by the Head of Service
  • To be able to participate in the out of hours on-call rota (around one week every month) with a willingness to work outside office hours when required

Essential experience:

• Using digital technology in a professional context
• Answering telephone calls
• Working with complex information
• Learning new skills rapidly

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Excellent literacy and numeracy
• IT literate
• Excellent telephone manner
• GCSE grades A-C/9-4 in English and Mathematics or equivalent
