We have an exciting opportunity to join our clients small team in Pershore, with home working options once fully trained.
The role is to provide exceptional customer service by handling external calls, emails and managing issues through to resolution.
You will deal directly with customers as well as suppliers to resolve issues and provide quotes and book shipments.
Key Duties:
- Answering the phones and emails and responding to customer enquiries and requests as needed.
- Escalating inquiries to the respective internal teams and external partners
- Checking on and advising customers on various product / solution offerings
- Providing freight quotations to customers
- Assisting customers with registration for claims where required
- Invoicing out to customers
- Passing customer feedback onto the sales team to improve the organisation’s offerings

Experience:
- Customer Service: 2 Years Experience (required).
