We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Waiting and Bar Staff. As a key part of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and guests.

Previous experience in catering and/or bar service is preferred but not mandatory.

Must be at least 18 years old for bar service roles.



  • To deliver high-quality food and drink service to our clients customers in a professional and friendly manner ensuring customers have excellent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • To organise bars stocks and set up rooms and tables to suit business levels, quality service delivery
  • To assist in taking necessary steps to ensure the all front of house and bars areas complies with Food Hygiene Regulations and Health and Safety Act (including COSHH) and all other relevant regulations under guidance from management and supervisory staff.
  • Ensure the catering area is clean and well-maintained throughout events.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food
  • Work as part of a team.


  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Monitor and manage bar inventory, restocking as needed.
  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Ensure consistent quality in all beverages served
  • Operating tills, cash handling and card payments
